Ceramic Tiles in my bathroom

The picture above is my white bland ceramic tile that is in my apartment bathroom. I wish there were some kind of color on the tiles instead of just white. If I had my own place I would put some kind of color for the tiles. It would probably be a blue kind of color. I think the tiles that I have in my bathroom are called subway tiles but I am not sure about that. One of these days I will get my own place and I can paint and do what ever I want to do on the walls. What kind of bath room do you have? Do you just have plain white tiles in your bathroom?

Jay Leno’s Last Show

It is pretty cool that he has been on the air for 17 years. That is a long run. He will do fine at his new time slot and Conan will do fine on Jay’s old time slot. When Jay came on the stage he had big standup ovation. He also had his first guest ever which was Billy Crystal. He performed a song for Jay and he also had gospel singers singing with him. That was pretty cool. His last guest was Conan O’Brien. His final musician for the night was James Tyler.

Darren’s 31 Days to Build a Better Blog Workbook

His series was pretty good on 31 days to build a better blog that he did on his blog. I signed up for it. He created a forum for people, and gave out assignments through aweber and his blog. This was excellent. If you want to download and buy the workbook you will need to go to Darren’s Blog.

I don’t know if I will buy it, but the price for the work book is $19.95. I also can’t believe how Jeremy and John Chow gave Darren his own post about this product. I wonder if he paid for it or if they just did it because they feel it is a good product.

If you are starting out, or just want to read a book about how to better your blog then this might be for you. What does everyone think about Darren’s workbook? Are you going to get it?

Google Wave

Has anyone seen this Google Wave that Google announced and previewed today. It is a communication application where you can share your documents and talk at the same time with other people. I think it is pretty cool looking. I have used one note from Microsoft to collaborate with Documents when I was in college. That helped out a lot. We would all study for tests and we would use one note to take notes on the study session. I think this Google Wave would help out tremendously with the collaboration part.

What does everyone think about this? It seems like where a reinventing how we talk to each other on the internet. I think this is a good thing. I have used the IRC, ICQ, AIM, MSN, Twitter, Friend Feed, Facebook, Myspace, Etc. So there a lot of different services out there that people can use but it is cool that it is evolving. It is going to be easier to conduct meetings with people, share documents, and talk to people. I also like the feature where you can look through the wave to see what was said like a record feature.

Do you have an email list on your blog or website?

I would like to know how many users have an email list. This is just a yes or no poll. In the comment section can you put what provider you went with? Also if you didn’t go with an email provider can you put what you went with? If it was a WordPress plugin or PHPLIST.

How to delete unsubscribers in Aweber

With Aweber it is very easy to delete your unsubscribers. Your unsubscribers count toward your overall number. You want to erase them and get them out of your lists or you will be charged for having them. I wouldn’t want to go over my limit and have to spend money. Here is how you do it.

First go to your subscriber section. Then you want to pick the list that you want to view the unsubscribers. There is a drop down list that is called view segment. You want to drop that list down to unsubscribed. This will show everyone that is unsubscribed.

If someone unsubscribed from your list then you will see stop and stopped checked mark. You want to delete these people that unsubscribed from you. The main reason why they only subscribed because they want to get what you are offering then that was it. You don’t need to worry about these kinds of people.

To permanently delete them you want to click on erase checkbox then hit the save button. I think this is a good idea for general tips to get unsuscribers off your list.

If you want to start your list building today then you should be going with Aweber. It is very easy to get your list going in no time.

Jon and Kate Plus 8 Saga

I can’t believe how much people are talking about this family. They are going through a rough time in their lives right now because of this show. If it was tearing my family part like it is doing with this family I wouldn’t do the show anymore. I also want to talk about the media. Why the hell would you want to stalk a 5 year olds birthday party? In the show the paparazzi were across a river taking photos.

There are so much rumors flying around now it is hard who is lying and who is telling the truth. I like the first episode to the new season because it was real and emotional. I know it is hard to believe that I would watch the show. What does everyone else think? I think they are probably on their way of getting a divorce.

Memorial Day

It was a very relaxing day. I went to my parent’s house to do laundry and have dinner. We had the regular cook out. How was every ones Memorial Day? My friends got a new puppy yesterday. It is back to the grind at work. Everyone have a nice week.
