It just got me made when the person unsubscribed and then said I spammed them. I am over it. I get people will sign up and then unsubscrib because it is the nature of it. Thanks Greg Ellison

That’s just how it can be, unfortunately, if you make someone sign up to get something. It’s a trick on both sides of the aisle, after all. I know some people have done things like making a person stay subscribed for a week or so before they get their free item, but that just ticks people off.

So, get upset a little bit, then move on. After all, you DO have a default check mark at the bottom for people to subscribe to your newsletter rather than just posts; that’s kind of sneaky also. lol

I don’t get upset about it. Sometimes I hope that give my ebooks away to their friends. (Affiliate links in the ebooks) Besides that, I just hope that they learned something from me.

I remember it very well when I gave few rapidshare account,people started subscribing to my blog rapidly. But when I stopped giving it and changed my niche people immediately started unsubscribing.

Well, if they MUST subscribe in order to get the ebook, then I understand why they unsubscribe afterwards

But users are weird sometimes. On my work we receive hotmail spam complaints from users on our “activation email” – an email they must receive and click on to activate their account, but still, we receive a few complaints every day (hotmail forwards them automatically, whenever somebody clicks on the “spam” button).

But no reason to get mad at the unsubscribers, they just leave more room for those who wants to receive your newsletters
