[Plugin: WP-Affiliate] plugin doesn’t work anymore with WP 2.8

When I clicked on one of the new links that I put in it wasn’t working. It would bring you to a 404 Page on this blog. I searched Google and found a forum posting about the problem that I was having. On the WordPress Forums member 0xCAFE found the solution to it. If you want to read the forum posting then Click Here.

You have to re-save the permalink structure so that WP refreshes its cached list of permalinks.
Just go to Settings > Permalinks and hit Save.

After I resaved the permalinks it started to work so I think I am good now.

I need to bring in more money inorder for me to buy Ninja. I think wp-affiliate plugin works fine as long as you put the links in your post. It will be fine until I can buy Ninja. Greg Ellison

I use GoCodes plugin to redirect my affiliate links. I never encounter any problem with it up to now. You can search for it on WP plugins directory if you want to try it :-)

I’m glad you solved the problem. I know how frustrating it can be when things don’t go the way they should. I remember once spending ages on a problem only to find that all I had to do was to delete the cache.
