If you will try to analyze, audio podcast's contains audio information's. While for Video podcast's it contains Audio and Video information's. That is if you would like to know the difference. But still I would rather choose Video Podcast. Because there are things that are explained through audio podcasts that is well understood under video podcasts. It is easier to learn, understand and interpret if you are seeing it with your own eyes. Audio podcasts is still great, but it is more efficient and comfortable for us if we would use video podcast.
