MS Outlook – ashOutXt.dll cannot be loaded ..

If you get a message like this The Add-in “avast! ” (C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashOutXt.dll) cannot be loaded an has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in.

What you need to do is delete extend.dat file. This file is in Local Settings Microsoft Outlook folder. Once I deleted this file and reopen Outlook this went away.

New York suspends mandatory flu shots for health workers

I work in the health care setting. I work in the IT department at a hospital. I don’t think this was right to make it mandatory or if you don’t get it by November 30th you are going to loose your job. I did get both shots but with the H1N1 I got the dead virus. I don’t want the live virus in me and it is a new shot. I don’t think it should have been mandatory but again it is good to get both of them plus if you work in health care the shots are probably free where people are paying $15 for the shots.

I think it is funny why they stopped the manadatory flu shots because they are not going to get the number of shots they were expecting and also I think they don’t want to go to court about this. They probably knew they were going to loose it. It is the right of choice here that is a big issue with people.

First Time Home Buyers in the USA

I was watching the news and they said that the cut off time is approaching. I seriously want to buy a house because my rent is going up to 670 a month from 595 a month and that is like a mortgage payment. The tax credit could give you $8,000 back in your pocket for buying a new home. Also interests rates are at the lowest you can get they said. This all make it very tempting to buy a house now. Hopefully they will extend this but they said after the program ends the interest rates will go up.

Is anyone thinking about becoming a first time home buyer in the United States?

What can we learn from the Deadliest Catch

Have you ever watched the tv show on the discovery channel called the Deadliest Catch? This is a great reality show showing fisherman fishing on the bering sea. I like the show. On the bering sea it is hell for them, but they keep on fishing in the hellish conditions.

1. Don’t see the little picture look for the big overall picture.

2. When it gets tough push on and you will overcome anything.

3. Be looking for your next opportunity.

4. You need to be on the look out for any danger.

5. You should like to be on a boat.

6. You should also like the water and the cold.

People looking for Michael Jackson Death Photos

People are really morbid these days. I wrote about the same thing with David Carradine. People were trying to find his hanging photo. I don’t get what the oddity in this. He had a bad childhood and was out in the left field all of the time everyone should be happy that he gave to this world great music. It is also sad what is going to happen to his children. Hopefully they will go to his mother because they are relatives and hopefully they will not go to someone that hasn’t seen them or that’s not a relative.

It looks like he died of over dose on pain medications. The doctor that he had should get put in jail and stripped of his medical license. You don’t do CPR on the bed because you need do it on a hard surface. If you going to give someone a very dangerous pain medication hopefully he has the right stuff to get them out if something happens.

They should continue on with the concert and get all of these celebrity singers to do a contribute concert for Michael Jackson and they should give all of the money to Michael’s children and charities.

Would you buy something from a blogger?

Would you buy anything from a blogger that he or she recommends? I see the circuit that a company does. It will buy paid review from a blogger but it is all of the top bloggers. Right now I see this blogging road map being pushed around. It is from Gideon Shalwick and Yaro Starak. It is a free report that they give out and makes you opt-in to a mailing list. I just wanted to see if people would buy something that someone else recommends. I think I would if it was something that I needed. I downloaded the road map and audio file because I wanted to see what kind of information was in the free report.
