Earthquake Hits New York, Virginia, and DC
A 5.8 earthquake centered somewhere in Virginia rippled through Central New York Tuesday afternoon.
If you lived in Virginia, D.C, and New York you would have felt it. I was sitting down in my office chair and felt it. It lasted longer then the last time which happened in Canada.
Laquann Shooting a 22 Rifle, BB Gun, and a Pellet Gun
We went back packing the other weekend. We brought a 22 rifle, bb gun, and a pellet gun for some fun. This was my newphews first time shooting any kind of gun before. He is the age when I first started using a bb gun and a pellet gun.

Chobani Greek Honey Yogart
I love these Chobani Greek Yogarts that my work sells in the cafe. I especially love the black cherry yogart. Another thing that is a bonus is that they are made in New York.
I didn’t really like yogarts that much. I would have one but then throw it away half way through it, but I eat these things up like it is no tomorrow. It is really good side when I have a tuna fish sandwich on wheat bread.

Limp lizard in liverpool
I always love their Carolina pork sandwich. I always get it when i eat at limp lizard. The restraunt in liverpool is new but awesome decor on the wall.
I went to Limp Lizard because I went out to dinner with my friends because it was one of their birthdays. He turned 29 so I had to buy him a piece of a pie. The price for the Carolina pulled pork, two sides, and piece of cake, and a soda was around 15. It wasn’t bad for what you got.
July 4th Weekend – Party Central
So this weekend was awesome. I had a birthday party for my girlfriend Nichole. It was a very nice party. We had a small fire. We had smores, wine slushies, beer. It was really great to see her work friends. They were awesome.
We then went to a cookout on Friday to one of my friends house. There we had hamburgers, chicken, corn, and salt potatoes. It was great to see everyone. We don’t get to hang out a lot of everyone.

Nice Cold Beverage From Dunkin Donuts
I got myself a mountain dew froZen coolatta. It was very good. I haven’t had a coolatta in a long time. I didn’t know they had different flavors that weren’t the originals.
It was a good choice to get on a nice day.
Good Dinner With Friends
On Saturday I had a nice dinner with my friends. The dinner we had crawfish, steak, chicken, rice, and mix dish w/ potatoes.
Here are some pictures of the night. I then had to leave because I got called in at desert time.
Packing Up My Belongings
I am getting closer to getting everything packed and ready to move into the new house. On Thursday I will close on the house and then start moving in. I can’t wait it will be very awesome. It is another chapter in my life. You move out of your parents house then to an apartment and then finally into your own house.
Like I said before I didn’t know how much it would really cost, but you need a lot of extra cash on hand for all of the little deposits that you need to put down. I had an extra cost of the house and that was snow removal on the roof. The bank home inspector wouldn’t look at it and then my home inspector wouldn’t either until the roof got cleaned of the snow.
I will take more pictures of everything once I get moved in and settled.
Page Rank Update and Life Update
I did a page rank check for this blog, and it is down. The page rank is now 2 / 10 which it was a 3 before. There are probably a lot of reasons it went down. One reason could be I don’t post as much and traffic is going down. This is still a some what active blog but not a really active blog like posting every day which I use to do.
My close date on the house is Feb. 18th which is coming soon. The mortgage company is requiring me to do a roof inspection but there is snow on it. There home inspector for the bank didn’t because there was snow. My home inspector didn’t do a roof inspection because of snow. The bank home inspector and my home inspector did a inside look of the attic which they didn’t find any leaks. So we need to get a roofing company to clear the snow and then have my home inspector to inspect the roof to send to the bank. Which sucks.
When you buy a house there are a lot of little fees that can add up at the beginning. Right now I am at $1,400. There is a home inspection, down payment for the house, deposit for the morgage company. I can’t wait to finish and move in. It is a very awesome house. It has a lot of room to grow into.
