Here are the things that I got for Christmas

I got pair of pants for work from my mom and dad. From my best friends family I got a box of Hersheys kisses, and a scratch off that I won $20. My best friend and his fiance gave me a leathermen type tool.

Christmas Party Last Saturday

Went to See the Movie Avatar

I went to the movies to see the movie Avatar. I have to say it was really good. I like the special effects, but I really wished I saw it in 3D. In the movie you have your battle scenes and your love scenes. It is good for the whole family. It is pretty long over 2 hours so if you have little ones then this might be a problem. I had this problem when I brought my sisters kids to see it. My nephew was fine but my niece was having a little problem with the length of it.

The special effects is the best out there, but for 500 million it should be. When we went to see the 2D version of it there wasn’t a whole lot of people in the theater. I think the majority of people went to see the 3D version. In total because it was during the day I spent $30 on 4 tickets and then my mom bought a large bottle of water and a large popcorn for $12. It was a little high on the food, but it is going to be like that anyways. I think everyone should go out and watch it.

Awesome Party This Weekend

I went to a party on Saturday which was really fun. There was a lot of people at it. They had drinking games like beer pong, and flip cup. They had a lot of food which tasted great. I was on call so I couldn’t drink any beer or liquor. Here is a video I took with my Droid. The video was taken at night on a porch when my friends were playing flip cup.

Motorola Droid is Here

It finally came in by Fedex and I have to say it is very cool device. I have my Google Email and my works exchange account and it worked without any problems. It activated fine again without any issues. When I turned on the phone there was about half of battery left on it. I also installed different apps on it and it was like the app store on Apple. I think I need to get a better belt clip and a longer USB cable because the one that they give you is not long enough. Oh I also need to get some ear phones so I can listen to music on the shuttle to work.

I have also put a lot of songs onto the phone and that was easy. I found a video that worked with out any problems. What do you think about this phone? I think this is going to be the second best in family.

Motorola Droid

I really want to get a phone that is a smart phone, because I want to receive email that get from work. I wish the iphone was coming to Verizon because I would be all over that. Instead I am getting the motorola droid. I went to the verizon store on Thursday with my dad to check out phones and I really liked it. I should have it by Monday before 3 PM thats what Fedex is saying. I have been watching a lot of YouTube videos and there are a a lot of unboxing videos of the Motorola Droid. What are your thoughts on the phone?

Chuck E. Cheese on Saturday

I went to Chuck E. Cheese yesterday for Alyssa’s birthday. It was just Alyssa my niece, Laquann my nephew, my parents, and me. I got there just at the end to eat some pizza and see her open her gift. It seems like it is always packed with people and kids. It was a good time.

Here are some pictures from yesterday, and 2 short videos that I did.

They both got little toys which was cool but you need a lot of tokens to get something. I think they had a blast.

Putting together another computer

I am putting together another computer last night hopefully to run windows 7 on it. It is a 1.8 GHZ dual core with 3 GB of memory in it. It has 1 TB Sata Drive. I hope my dual video card works or I will have to get another one at the end of the month. It wouldn’t read any DVD cd’s but if you take the cdrom and put it on another computer it will read and auto boot fine. I got the 2 GB memory kit, the 1 TB drive and a new power supply for $166.00 at newegg.com. I think that was very good price.

MY current computer needs to be reprepped because I am loosing sound every so often and I have to reboot. I rather learn something new then stick with windows XP. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the sound to no luck. I just think it is time for a new computer. My current computer I got in 06 so I think it is time for an upgrade to something better.

Here are is a picture from last night of the new computer. The cdrom is my dads that he got, and the IDE drive was his also. I ended up taking out the ide hard drive and the Sata USB Adaptor. I also ended up making the Sata drive in the IDE Mode.

It was a long night and nothing was working but it finally worked in the end. I have a operating system on and it is faster then my current setup. Is anyone going to try Windows 7 or Are you going to stick with your current system?

Beer Pong and SU Football

I took some pictures when I went to the SU football game. They are doing better then previous years this year, but they still need a lot of work. At this game they were playing against Cincinnati. They lost but it was a good time with friends.

This past weekend I went and played beer pong. I have never played on a inflatable beer pong table before. I wouldn’t advice people go to a Chinese buffet before you go play beer pong. I was so full I could only do one round. It kind of sucked. It was good times with friends so that is the only thing that matters.
