Yesterday I went to the store and bought the Drano Max Gel because I had a clog in the drain of my bathroom tub. I let it sit for 15 minutes and then poured hot water down the drain. It cleared the drain without any issues and the water goes down the drain freely. I thought I would have needed to call my management company because of the clog but I was wrong.

Christmas Party Lunch at Work
Here is a picture of the lunch that we had for our Christmas party at work. It was dinosaur BBQ. It was very delicious.
At the Christmas party we played games, and prizes. It was really fun this year. The people that planned it did a great job.
Buying a House
I just wanted to give a little update on what is going on with my life. I am in the process of buying a house in Syracuse, NY. It is a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath house. It is not a bad house for what I am getting it for either. I also like that it is an older home with nice hardwoods through out. The house was built in the 1925 so it has the old charm to it.
It has a one car garage, and fenced in yard. Here are couple of pictures.
I thought it was going to be an easy process that you see on tv. I was really wrong on that one. There are a lot of different appointments that you need to setup and there are fees that you need to pay. Don’t get me wrong this is very worth it. The interest rates right now in the United States are very low, and it is a good time to buy a house. I have gotten couple of quotes on Home Insurance and then I am half way down with buying a house.
Right now I live in a 2 bedroom apartment paying 670 a month which is almost a mortgage payment. I have found a really good real estate agent, good lawyer, and a wonderful mortgage consult at my bank.

Went to Cheeburger Cheeburger
On Saturday I went to Cheeburger Cheeburger with some friends. This place has is an 50 era style restaurant. At the restaurant you can buy cheeseburgers, french fries, onion rings, and milkshakes. This is what they are known for but the twist is you can mix and match the food that you want. They have a huge list. If you want to view there menu then Click Here.
When I went there I ordered the one pounder, onion rings, and the regular milkshake. I finished all of the food. I then added the ingredients that I wanted to my hamburger, and the milkshake. After you finish the one pounder you get your picture taken and then they post your picture on the wall. Here is my picture with the stuffed one punder burger.
Social Media Sites and Work
So I heard a story where people were saying stuff about there managers on Facebook. You don’t want to do this. You could have your supervisor or manager as a friend.
Your friends could also go back to them. So don’t do what you wouldn’t do at work.
Horse Back Riding This Weekend
I went horse back riding this weekend with the family. It was pretty fun trial ride. Here is a video of it.
