What is a Blackhead? A Blackhead is a yellowish or black bump on the skin which is a form of Acne. Blackheads form because of excess oils on your skin. There are a lot of different kinds of blackheads treatments that are over the counter, but I would still consult with your dermatologist for the right one.

Treatment for Blackheads take time so don’t feel bad if you don’t see an over night cure for it. The time frame for treatments is around several weeks to months before you see any change in your blackheads. You are not alone, other people have blackheads and whiteheads.

I was looking at a website called richard willich.com. This guy is a CEO of a medical technology company but he has generous heart. He has given fruit trees to the local school district, special olympics, and other charities.

In the last couple of days there has been catastrophic disaster in the world and that is the quake in Haiti. There are also number of ways to donate to the cause. You can text “haiti” to 90999 or you can text “Yele” to 501501. You can also go to www.clintonfoundation.org/haitiearthquake or American Red Cross. If you have family members in Haiti you can call 1-888-407-4747 to seek information on your loved ones. We have to band together during the hard ships that come.

I was reading on some other blogs that people are getting hacked because they have old versions of WordPress. If you are running an old version of wordpress it is your own damn fault for getting hacked. You should always update the software that you are using. I am up to WordPress 2.5 the newest version. The best plugin that you can use is Automatic Upgrade. It takes less then couple of minutes to upgrade your install. All you have to do is deactivate your plugins and run through the screens. It is very easy to do. The good thing about version 2.5 is that it will tell you when your plugins need to be updated.

DON’T LET THE HACKERS WIN!!! PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR WORDPRESS

Today and Monday

Today I had to go and install a printer for this guy and show him how to add his music to his Apple Ipod. Andy went with me because I wouldn’t be able to find the place. After that we went to lunch. Tomorrow I have to go to Crouse and get my Physical and Drug test and PPD done so that should be one more step closer to starting at Crouse Hospital.

Have outlook start in another folder instead of the inbox

To make outlook start in a desired folder

Go to:

-> Tools Options

-> other

-> Start in this folder on the top

-> Click browse and then choose your folder.

You can also use switches in the shortcut to do the desired task.
