Vacation is where it is at
You need to take a little vacation for yourself from work and just sit back and relax. Your work shouldn’t control you and when you do go on vacation forget about work. You should be able to get away. If you don’t have someone to take over your work well you are on vacation then you should train someone.
One place I would like to is called Outer Banks I think in North Carolina. You can find a lot of Outer Banks vacation rentals on the internet. If you type into Google Carolina Designs you will find a website with a lot vacation rentals. If I get a big group of friends that would like to go then I am all for it.
Again I don’t think work should over load your life and you should live life for you and your family.
Shop Around For Your Engagement Rings
You want to shop around and get the best price for diamond engagement rings but you really want your wife to be happy on the engagement ring. I would look online, go to jewelry shops, and maybe even pawn shops.
If you do get the rings online or at a pawn shops they might not have a warranty on it. My friends wife has lost diamonds in her ring and she has already sent it back to the store. She then looses more of the diamonds on it at outdoor party that she went to. It could have been a bad ring from the get go but it just sucks.
I know when I am looking for an engagement ring I am going to be shopping around and finding one that my fiancé would like.
Are You Getting Enough Calcium?
Calcium helps with keeping your bones strong. There are a lot of differentcalcium supplements that you can take. Also the Calcium in your body helps control your blood pressure and maintaining your heart beat.
You don’t wan’t your bones to become weak and brittle. The best way to get calcium is through a healthy, and balanced diet. If you are still not getting enough calcium in your diet then you need to talk to your doctor on what the best calcium supplement that you can get.
I Wouldn’t Want This Kind of Acne
So I was looking up acne types that I did and came and saw some pictures of severe cystic acne. Cystic acne is acne where the pimple is inflammed and filled with fluid which is under the skin.
They are very painful pimples. Looking at this picture I think my dad get these kinds of pimples. When my sister picks at the pimples they have fluid and they heart like son of a bitch. He is a big baby anyways but that is beside the point. LOL I am just joking around he just cries a little. I wouldn’t want any kind of pimples and if I have pimples I would be going to my dermatologiest to see what he or she recommends.
Fast Food Meals
When I eat fast food like in this picture it is like a colon cleanse for me. When I had this burger and fries from Wendy’s I had to go to the bathroom within couple of hours it seems like. If you eat fast food once a month it is ok but you don’t want to go to a joint like this every week or every day. You also don’t want to eat something like this late night because you are not digesting like you should.
With this kind of food it is like gorging yourself. It is like your eyes is bigger then your stomach. This is what happens to me when I eat fast food.
Diet Pills With Amphetamine
You should be leary if you see an ad or website selling Diet pills with amphetamine in them because they are banned by the FDA in the United States.
Here is a picture what I ate on Saturday. It was good going in but I didn’t want to get up at 4 in morning to let it back out if you know what I mean. LOL 
.
After eating this you would think I need to go on a diet. It wasn’t healthy to get the burger, but I haven’t had fast food in a long time. If you want to loose weight just go see persona trainer or a doctor to see what kind of exersises that you do.
Acne Treatment
As a child I had acne and as an old I sometimes have acne. If you are looking for acne creams then click here for acne treatment creams. Like I have said before you want to see what is out there and then get a professional opinion from your doctor.
I have never got the acne looked at, but I get my acne on my back. I think it is probably more sweat pimples then anything but I am not sure. Someone people will get acne then it will go away when the become older in life. I was watching a VHI show where Usher had acne and it went away when he got older.
Again I would go and talk to a dermatoligist.
Smoking is Your Right
I think smoking is your right if you want to do it or not. I think local government shouldn’t be taxing cigarettes so much that it is hurting little businesses like the gas stations. When they tax the cigarettes so much people are going to indian reservations to get them.
The local governement is up in arms because the indians aren’t paying taxes on them so they are much cheaper then regular stores. I just think is so bad and hurting local businesses because people are getting pushed to buy their cigs on the reservations.
If got enough balls they should be doing the same with other products like Alcohol,but they won’t too many people would be really upset but Alcohol also kills people.
If you want to try to stop smoking cigarettes you might want to order electronic cigarettes. They give you small amounts of nicotine, but doesn’t full effects of a cigarettes. You can also try the patches, and different pills that you get from your doctor.
Up Keep Of Your Pools and Spas
Every winter when you close down your pool or close down your spa you need to do some maintenance on them. For your spa you want to look at the spa filter and change them. For pools and spa you want to look at the pump or any mechanical systems that is attached.
For the pool you want to make sure the tarp to put over your pool doesn’t have any holes so nothing can get into it. If you live in a winter climate you might want to put a tire in the inside of the pool so ice can’t form on the cover. If your pump is outside you might want to bring that in to the garage.
These are just some ideas to do when you close down your pool or spa in the winter time.
Life is To Short
When you die you want your family to be taken care of and that is why you should get some life insurance quotes. You want to get quotes so you are not over paying for the insurance and with the right plan you can get a lot of money for your beneficiaries.
You want to give your family members the right policy because you want the family to live like they were when you or someone in your house hold died, and you want them able to pay for your funeral also.
If you do die think about donating your organs because they can save other people. There are a lot of people waiting on lists that eventually die because there is not enough people donating their organs. If it wasn’t for some donating a organ my dad would still be hooked up to a machine for his dialysis.
