Day after the upgrade
We did the upgrade on all of the computers that needed to be upgraded. This went very smooth no real problems. On Monday the users started to put tickets in like I can’t get to my email because it says I need to configure email. The user was logged in to the wrong account. There were couple of missed computers which was fixed. I still have to do one computer that was on my list. Our general account got locked out because we used that to test the application when we were done installing. The users didn’t know to look that that wasn’t their username. I think it went smoothly with no real problems.
