Foreclosure scams that are online and offline
I was watching the Clark Howard show and he had a caller on there saying that she filled out an online form to help her get out of trouble with her morgage company. So Bunch of different companies called her wanting her to give them equivalent to the first months morgage for them to help her out. The said that they would talk to her bank. This is a big scam that is going around the internet. So if you need help with your morgage you should be talking directly to your morgage company and not any thrid party companies. Be careful out there.
Here are some foreclosure scams that people are doing today
- They will want you to take a Courses, Seminars and Bootcamps.
- They companies want you to sign over your house before they will help you out.
- It would look like someone is going to buy your property but will prolong the process until the house goes right into foreclosure.
