Man puts cat in a bong

18833201_640x48020 year old Acea Schomaker was charged with misdemeanor animal cruelty, and faces drug charges. The police should put this kid in a bong. Do some human trials on him to see the after affects of prolonged high pot use. The SOB said his cat was hyper and he was trying to mellow it out. It was kitten the cats that age are supposed to be running around and playing. The US government should make so this person never has any children because of this behavior.
