Tech guy please fix my tech gift

When it comes to new tech gifts for Christmas don’t let your friends and family take advantage of you. You should stand up and tell them they shouldn’t automatically call you if they can’t get it fixed. We work and don’t have time for people calling us during the day to ask us questions. They are asking you for your service so you should be asking them for something.

Here is my after Christmas tech story

I got a call today asking why their new computer wasn’t getting a DHCP address from Time Warner. I just told them to unplug everything and turn off the cable modem for couple of minutes and then reboot the computer. If that doesn’t work then call Time Warner.

Does anyone else have a after Christmas tech story?

The keyword of the day is supercharger.
