The right to own exotic animals

I think yes you should be able to own exotic animals, but You need to relize that these things are not pets and don’t treat them like your family member. You have to be thinking what they are going to do, and be couple of steps ahead of them. You should have a double fenced area where they can’t escape and secuirty so one off the street can come in with out you. I think if you are going to own extotic animals you need to go to some training classes to learn how to take care of the animal that you want to own. There are alot of people that knows how to take care of the exotic animals.

In the recent news the women thought the chimp was her son and he slept with her. Right there she didn’t know what she was doing plus she couldn’t handle him any more. She was 70. I think it was time for her to give the chimp up and place him in a sanctuary where they can handle primates.

I think PETA needs stop with their tactics, they are no better then animal abusiers themselves. Have you heard they took dogs and cats from the shelters and then turned around and killed them. They dumped the dogs and cats bodies and threw them into dumpsters. PETA had a slogan on their website that said Drink beer instead of milk. How stupid is that.

    I agree with you. But of course it takes a very responsible owner and a knowledge to keep exotic animals to be permitted. I think they should also take psychological test to avoid like what happened to the 70 years old woman.
