The first technique is Exercise. Yes I know it is harder to say to exercise then to do it. Any form of exercise is the best way to lose weight.
The second technique is Dieting. Dieting helps control the amount of calories you intake and not consume more calories than you burn in a day, is a proven method to lose weight.
The third technique is using pills, medications and herbs that are available today that will kick start your weight loss mechanism and help you lose weight.
The fourth technique is hypnosis for weight loss. With hypnosis you are conditioned to believe that eating healthy foods is good for you and will make you feel better. A lot of people have reported excellent results with hypnosis for weigh loss. There are no side effects to this technique.
The last and fifth technique is surgery. This should be the last resort to use. Liposuction, Stomach Stapling and Bariatric surgery are the most popular surgeries for weight loss. Each procedure has its own risks and must be done only after evaluating the benefits of the procedure.
