What A Bad Hard Drive Sounds Like

This is what a bad hard drive sounds like. On Friday I got a call saying their computer shutdown to power outage and now it won’t come up. I was able to save some data off the computer but only by going into a linux live CD because windows wouldn’t see the drive. I used a USB to IDE Cables To Go adaptor to hook it up to my computer but the computer wouldn’t access it. I ended up buying a new hard drive that was $80. The computer was really hot to the touch and also the hard drive was very hot on Friday. I also ended up buying an 80 MM fan to put in the case. They don’t make hard drives like they use to.
