They upped my Student Loan on me

I got my billing statement for my student loan and they changed the rate on me. It was $87 and now it is $102.13. It sucks when you see that. I am in a variable interest rate. That is my problem. I can still pay for it but it just sucks that the interest rate changed and the upped the price on it. They are some greedy bastards.

I can’t believe that some people that went to private university where they are paying $100,000 + to go. Their student loans must be really high. Hopefully they got a lot of scholarships and their parents helped pay for it. I went to a NY state college for my two year and four year degree. It wasn’t a bad college. The class sizes were small, and the teachers knew who you are. I lived on campus for two years and drove back and forth for my other two years. I lived about 30 minutes away from school.

This is the reason why I don’t like to take a loan. It really sucks, I know this because I used to work a loan officer before.

Sorry to hear, but when you owe money it’s always bad when something like this happens. I would suggest trying to pay more every month as a lot of your money is just for interest.
