YouTube Partner Program

I tried to join the YouTube Partner Program but I was turned down. Here is the qualifications and criteria that YouTube goes by. I didn ‘t meet them. When you do sign up with them and if you get turned down you have to wait another 2 months to try to sign up with them.

I think you need videos that get a lot of page views to be considered for the YouTube Partner Program. You need subscribers that want to subscribe to your channel. You need to give good content to your audience. It is not sure thing that you are going to get into this program.

If you are not part of the YouTube Partner Program then you need to funnel these viewers that watches your videos to your blog and mailing list. You then can send them products that you like, and they can also click on your ads on your websites / blogs.

You want to include your website address into the description box and also you might want to include the website address into the title of the video. This will allow them to click on the link so they will go to your website / blog.

After you bring up your viewer countso on your videos, and get a lot of subscribers then try to join the YouTube Partner Program or wait for them to invite you into it.

2 months to try to again? Sounds pretty hard. Do you think that approval is made manually or automatic, based on stats?
