phpBo0WkK I have four more computers that need to be installed. I have two computers that are at the hospital and then another two at a remote site. One of the computers that is going to a remote site is going to be a pain because various users use that computer and you have to coordinate with them and to get their password and create their profile. The computer refresh is going smoothly and there are no troubles.

Today when I was installing a computer in a department the end users were complaining because their computers were not on the refresh list and they wanted LCD monitors for their desk. What complainers. This went on for 5 minutes and you have to explain to them that their computers weren’t on the refresh list because they weren’t bought on this month. I told them to call my manager or go have a Ergo assesment if it is bothering them so badly. They ended up putting a ISR out for two LCD monitors to be put in place for loaners.
