Day 4 of on Call

phpBo0WkKThe couriers did stop by and picked up the two computers that had to go off site. I will be installing them on Friday. For the rest of the day on Thursday I was doing tickets. I did couple of tickets and I also finished some tickets that the equipment had to go out for repair or replaced by the manufacturer.

I installed a computer up in one of the maturnity floors. I couldn’t find the commyunication closet on that floor to save my life. My manager also drew me a map but I still couldn’t find it. The room numbers were weird on one side you have the numbers go in order like 8120 8121 but no 8122. That through me a loop. I finally got everything patched in and printers installed. I made a ticket for operations so they can set the computers session to print to the printer on the floor. The computer should be all set.
