Day 5 of on Call

phpBo0WkK I went to the remote sites and installed the computers. I started at Commonwealth because it is right by my house. I moved the people’s data that logged into the computer in the last month. I also had to do something else. I had to change someone’s subnetmask on a computer. They wanted two other computers to be picked up. I told the couriers that I have 3 computers and a monitor to come back to the shop. At Widewaters I just have a computer and a monitor.

The rest of the day I was doing tickets. I found one of the new carts that won’t go down. It is very tough and you have to push really hard to get it to go down. I did a service request on it. That was my day on Friday.

The weekend was quiet and there were no calls for me. I think this week went good. I got all my computers done and installed on time. I have been pushing out a lot of computer these past two weeks. I did 18 mobile carts the week before and now 15 computers. I am glade that I didn’t have to do the initial computer prep.
