On Call 6/28/08
I got a call around 5:44 PM yesterday. He told me that only one department couldn’t print. I tried to stop and start the printer but I couldn’t stop. Then operations paged me again saying there were more departments that couldn’t print. I had to reboot the print server. I then called operations back. He called the different departments and they were able to print again.
