On Call Day Two
I am still working on the laptops. There are around 20 laptops that I need to prep. Tomorrow I am going to start installing the application that was just upgraded. I don’t really like how the application installs. The application doesn’t install to all users, and you can’t uninstall the application if you are a different user. When they called support they told us the best way to uninstall was to delete the folder and go into the registry for any traces of the application . We asked the tech support what registry entries that we had to delete and he didn’t know. Thanks support guy.
