Not sure about my weekend yet, but I hope it’s nothing like the rest of my week was.

My phone didn’t stop once on Thursday or Friday, for at least 12hrs straight.

Ohhh it was in the weekend, I thought it was during the week – well, then it sucks even more, to receive calls in the middle of the night like that.

If you’re not dealing with situations where peoples lifes are at stake, you should just set up an answering machine where the first thing being said is “Have you tried turning it off and on again?” .. then pause for a reply, then it should say “is it definitely plugged in?” – yes, I got that from The IT Crowd, great show

Ah, the life of an IT guy. I was in the infrastructure group at a university until late last year, and yep – got paged all the time because of things totally outside my department’s realm. I know you were glad to hand it off to the next guy today!
