How to Make an Animated Gif with Adobe Image Ready

I needed a way to make an animated gif with a size requirement of 125 x 125 for an ad spot that I won on www.earningstep.com.Here are the steps that I used to create the animated gif.

1. Open up Adobe Image Ready with the size that you want.
2. Open up the photos that you have for you animated gif.
3. Go to Window then to Animation so you can open the animation window.
4. Then start dragging your pictures that you opened up in step 2 into the new image.
5. Then go to the animation window and hit the triangle that is pointing to the right then Click make frames from layers.
6. Then delete the background image from the animation window.
7. You want to slow the speed down of your animation. So I picked 1 sec, but you can go from no delay to 10 seconds. In the animation window under your pictures it be .01 right click on the mouse to show the speeds.
11. Once everything looks right then go to File then to Save Optimized as and this will allow you to save as a gif file.
