PC Angel Recovery Sucks Sometimes

We get computers that have Angel Recovery on them. We had some of the hard drives that will not extract to the OS drive when we want to do a destructive format. The error message that we get is it can’t extract the files. The two reasons why it won’t extract the recovery image is because the drive is bad. Which there might have bad sectors or the recovery image could be bad. What we could also do is create our own image with ghost but this will wipe out the 2 partitions that are on the hard drive. We need to create our own ghost image so we can have a fast turn around for repairs. We have to have our couriers pick up the hardware at the computer manufacturer for the RMA request. It might take a long time for them to pick up the items.
I just wanted to say sometimes it sucks. Other times it is a great because when it works you can reformat the computer with in minutes but just bringing the build to the same exact way the user had it takes the most time.

@Bati Angel means a conventional representation of such a being, in human form, with wings, usually in white robes. The name PC Angel recovery is recovery software that our computer manufacturer puts on the computers that we get at my work.
Angle means the space within two lines or three or more planes diverging from a common point, or within two planes diverging from a common line. I got these two definition from Dictionary.com
