Word Press 2.5 Upgrade

I just upgraded to the latest version of wordpress. I had some trouble at the beginning with some of my plugins. I think it went ok. The website looks the same so no changes on the front end. The backend of WordPress has changed. As you can see the administration section is all new. Also when you log into your blog the login page is different. It has the same color scheme as the backend sections.

I like the new upgrade feature for the plugins. I had some issues with the wordpress automatic update and the plugins wouldn’t update automatically. I had to first disable the wordpress automatic update plugin and then upgrade it and then activated it and now the plugins can be automatically update with out any issues.

I should have waited longer to upgrade wordpress so the issues can be worked out. If I have to go back to 2.3.3 I have the database backup, and the directory files downloaded on to my computer. The process going back to 2.3.3 won’t be a problem. Looking on the forums a lot of people are having issues with the upgrade process.
