Do Diets Work?

Are there really diets that work? What do you need to loose the weight and maintain it? I heard one person at work talk how she is on a medical diet where you only have 800 calorie intake and they provide all of the food for you. The cost of it is around $1600 for a 6 week program I think the person said. Does that work? She said after when she is done with the program she is going to eat healthier. It really doesn’t give the control that you need. You are going to end up buying their products so you can maintain the weight.

I think you need to learn to eat right, and get exercise into your daily life. This is what I need to start doing. I need eat right and exercise. You need limit yourself. You just need to eat to eat and not eat to make you feel better.
