Do Fat Burner Pills Really Work?

I don’t know why people push these fat burner pills online. Most of them claim that you can lose a lot of weight by using a pill I think this totally wrong. I was reading a time article called The Trouble With Fat-Burner Pills and it said most of these pills have dangerous ingredients like ephedrine. Also some of the pills have more dangerous variants containing combos of ephedrine, caffeine, pseudoephedrine and the more potent norephedrine. In the article it said if you take these pills with the variants ingredients the side affects could be similar to those of the banned drug methamphetamine. I wouldn’t want to take those fat burner pills. The only way to lose the fat is to exercise like biking, and running etc. There is no miracle drug to lose the pounds or to speed up the process of it.
