Is there a trap with paid postings?

There is downside to paid postings. The downside is sometimes you can’t pick the key words that you are going to be using. Say you get best diet pills. How are you going to put that keyword into a blog post? You have to research what angle you are going to go with the post. Are you going to write a post saying you like the best diet pills or write about a post that talks about you shouldn’t like them etc. You do what you think is the best. You don’t always have to be liking everything that they give you. What do you think about paid posting? Would you do it?

Mmm I don’t if I’d accept to write paid post on my blog. But I can sure tell you that I think that its the best exposure for a new blog/website. On the next month I will be buying 5 or more paid posts in different blogs.
