Spam Messages that want me to buy diet pills

In my junk email I am getting a lot more spam messages that are wanting me to buy some diet pills. I don’t know where they are coming from but my SpamBayes is stopping them. I am glade I have a spam filter that will train it self to stop all different kinds of spam. I don’t think diet pills are the right thing to do if you want to loose weight. I would go the traditional way. I think the traditional way is good exercise, and good diet. What does everyone else think?
