Why don’t you give a charity gift card to someone

At Charity Gift Cards you let someone pick what charity they want to get involved with. These would be perfect for holiday gifts. This goes along with Shoemoney’s charity work, but you can let your friends and relatives pick the charity that they want to get involved with. You buy a charity card with preset amount for your friends and family and they pick the charity to send the money to. This is all 100% tax deductible for the purchaser. You can buy using your credit card or paypal account.
I like this because sometimes it is hard to know what to get your friends and family. I might have to try this one of these days to see how good it works out. I like the idea of it. What do you think of the idea?

I like the idea but I would let people know the part about the tax deductible part so they’re not disappointed, lol.
Thanks, Greg, for informing people about the charity gift card alternative to a traditional gift of ‘stuff’. Please check out tisbest.org, the only site exclusively dedicated to charity gift cards. They’re fully customizable and really attractive. Upload your own photo or image, whatever, and make it part of the card. Thanks again!
I think that is a super idea! There are a lot of people who have occasions where it is customary to receive presents but these people may already *have everything.* They can be very pleased to help a charity by letting their friends and relatives get one of these cards for them.
